Race for Haiti 5k Playlist

Tomorrow morning I run the 1st (and only?) annual Race for Haiti near the capitol building in Phoenix. I'm actually going to run without my iPod. I've gotten out of that habit when I realized that I subconsciously let the change in rhythms and tempos between songs alter my breathing and pace. However, if I were to have a running playlist for tomorrow, this is what it would be:

11th Dimension- Julian Casablancas
1901- Phoenix
Animal Arithmetic- Jonsi
Well Thought Out Twinkles- Silversun Pickups
Dine, Dine My Darling- Alkaline Trio
I Am Everything I Am Not- Crime In Stereo
Search and Destroy- Iggy Pop
No One Sleeps When I'm Awake- The Sounds
My Brain Is Hanging Upside Down (Bonzo Goes to Bitburg)- The Ramones
Surprise, You're Dead- Faith No More (this one would carry me over the finish line)

Hope your race went well! I don't think I could run a race, possibly crawl one....I think its so cool that you do that.

Race did go well. I finished 27th overall in a field of only about a hundred or so. No tunes though. I just kept humming "Wanna-be Angel" by Foxy Shazam as I went along and did just fine.
